Colours have always challenged me, and at the same time excited me. I could never find the shade or colour I wanted for my creations.

Each batch of Organic coloured cocoa butter is hand blended and tempered using silk. We use an Organic 100% deodorised cocoa butter that is supported by Cocoa Horizons.

I wanted to produce a range of butters that would appeal to each level. Firstly, primary & secondary colours that can be blended and adapted based on your experience or the particular shade you are looking for. Secondly the tertiary colours that would include interference particles that would allow you to make or create your own shades from the primary & secondary colours.

We decided on an Organic premium grade deodorised cocoa butter that sets the standard for the rest of your work.

100% pure cocoa butter that has a neutral taste & odour. This is an important point for us, taste is everything and a cheaper grade cocoa butter would destroy key flavour notes in your creations.

We use a premium blend of fat soluble colour powders that include E colours and E-free colours. Each batch is measured to the microgram and blended until it is completely smooth and then hand tempered using ‘Silk’ cocoa butter.

Each and every batch is the result of testing on our own products, we have mixed, blended and tried every combination until we arrived at the point we were happy with.
